Is there a word or name that is hard to pronounce?  Please give us a phonetic spelling of the name. EX:  SMITHE (pron. SMYTH)

WHLM Public Service Announcement Policies

2 to 3 Weeks is Best:  We have several ways we help to get the word out about your event, and if you get the information to us 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your event date you will get the best possible coverage we offer for public service announcements.  There is no deadline, but the longer you wait to let us know what’s happening, the less chance there is for us to let the community know about it.

Timing is Everything:  All public service announcements are broadcast subject to time availability.  We cannot guarantee a PSA will be broadcast a specific number of times nor at any specific time.

Public service announcements are run free of charge.  We understand that often times non-profit organizations do not have the resources for paid advertising, and we do not require non-profit organizations to purchase advertising on the WHLM Stations to be eligible for this service.  We do however expect that there is a mutual understanding that if advertising is purchased through other media for your event, we will be unable to run the PSAs.
