Support the Millville Maniacs kids Baseball team this evening with a spaghetti supper from 5 - 8 PM at the Millville American Legion on Legion Road. There will be a dessert aucion and games for the kids. Dinner is just $10 for adults and $6 for kids. Take-out will be availible.

The ninth annual Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner will be held Sunday at the Moose Exchange in Downtown Bloomsburg, sponsored by the Bloomsburg University and Community Racial Equality Task Force. Come enjoy a free community meal and hear local organizations from the Girl Scouts to the Childrens Museum discuss "What are you doing for others?" The program starts at 4 PM. Get fit with Elysburg Alliance Church this season. Starting February 2nd, the "Made to Crave" 6 week Bible study and exercise program will meet Sunday nights from 6:00-7:30 PM. The BU Men's & Women's basketball teams were on the road at West Chester on Saturday. The Huskies swept the afternoon; the Women won 88-80, the Men held on til the very last seconds for a 77-76 win. You can hear the details with Jim Doyle in the WHLM Husky Post Game Report:
BU is back in action Wednesday night when they will host Mansfield.
Four Bloomsburg University football players will play in nationally televised all-star games today. Defensive End Larry Webster and Offensive Tackle Matt Feiler will play in the East-West shrine game in Florida. That game begins at 4 PM, and will be televised by the NFL Network. At 6 PM, Running Back Franklyn Quiteh and Guard Brian Clarke will compete in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Los Angeles. That game will be carried on ESPN2.
