Animal Resource Center is offering free gift wrapping in exchange for a donation to the no-kill animal shelter. They'll be open from 9 am - 8 pm on Saturday, and from 11 am - 6 pm on Sunday. BTE will present a series of school matinees of this year's holiday show, A Very Special Christmas Special, on December 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, and 19. Berwick HS Football
The last time a Berwick High School football team was in the state finals was 1997. Fridaynight, the Bulldogs face an Archbishop Wood team that has been in the finals in each of the past two seasons, winning it all in 2011. The Bulldogs played there hearts and never gave up. But fell short as Archbishop Wood was to much for the Bulldogs. Archbishop Wood 42-14. Congratulations to Berwick on the great season of 14-1
The Bloomsburg University men's and women's basketball teams played at Shippensburg on Saturday. The Women had the score tied up, but fell behind and ultimately lost their match 92-83. The Men won their game 80-61. The Huskies next play on Tuesday the 17th when they will be on the road at Edinboro. Coverage on the WHLM stations starts with the Women's Pregame at 5:10.
