High School Football
The high school football regular season ended Friday night with Bloomsburg renewing its rivalry with Central Columbia in our game of the week. The teams were at each others throats as Bloomsburg came out on top with a 29-26 win.
Two area teams, Berwick and Southern Columbia, completed unbeaten regular seasons Friday night. Berwick soundly defeated Hazleton Area 43-7. Southern Columbia beat Warrior Run 47-13.
BU Men's Basketball
In our premiere broadcast of college basketball for the 2013-14 season, the Huskies faced Binghamton in an exhibition match Saturday afternoon. The close game ended in a 48-47 Binghamton win. You can hear all the details with Jim Doyle in the WHLM Husky Post Game Report:
