Helicopter Accident Folo
An employee of Florida – based Heritage Rotors has died as the result of injuries sustained Friday night on the Bloomsburg Fair grounds. Our media partner Newswatch 16 says 69 – year old Carl Enlow of Reading... a pilot for the company... wanted to talk to another employee when he walked into the tail rotor of the company's Enstrom helicopter. He was Life Flighted to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville where he later died. The accident happened just outside of Gate 5 around 7:30 Friday night. The company out of the Spruce Creek Fly – In in Port Orange, Florida has been providing helicopter rides to fair guests since 1993. Following the accident the ride was shut down... and the two helicopters remained on the ground Saturday.

The Orangeville Public Library will host their 2nd annual scarecrow-decorating contest again this year. Registration and pick up of scarecrow frames is from September 16th through October 12th.
