BU Football

As a result of last Saturday's loss to Shippensburg, the Bloomsburg University football team dropped from third to fourth in the Super Region One Rankings this week. Ahead of the Huskies are three unbeaten teams- Shippensburg, Winston - Salem State, and New Haven. If the Huskies can win their final two games of the regular season and hang onto that 4th spot, they would make it to the NCAA Playoffs and would be at home for the opening game. This Saturday the Huskies play West Chester in their final home game of the regular season. That game kicks off at 1 o'clock. Coverage on the whlm stations begins at 11 with The Husky Tailgate Show.

In the NFL Monday night... the San Francisco 49ers downed the Arizona Cardinals 24 to 3.

The NBA's regular season begins Tuesday night. The defending champion Miami Heat are at home against the Boston Celtics in the night's top match-up.
