The T-Rail Quilt Guild will be hosting their “Quilted to a T Quilt Show” 10:00AM to 5:00PM today including quilts, quilter vendors, and a raffle quilt. All of that going on today at the DeLong fairgrounds in Washingtonville.

Bloomsburg Public Library is hosting Toddler time on Monday at 9:15AM at the Library on Market St. The program is for children age eighteen months to three years. An adult is required to stay with children through the program.
The Free Wheelchair Engineers Train Program will be at the Columbia Mall on Monday from 3:00PM to 5:00PM. Come out and help improve the wheelchair accessible train layout.
The Orangeville Public Library will hold a Family Scarecrow Decorating Contest this September and October. Scarecrow pickup starts on Monday, Voting begins October 15th.
The Bloomsburg Christian Church Free Library is open every Wednesday from 9:30AM to 4:00PM. The church is located on Duessen Drive off of Route 11 South in Bloomsburg.
The Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble will have auditions for “A Christmas Carol” and “Live from Bloomsburg: A Very Special Christmas Special” on Thursday, September 20th at the Alvina Krause Theatre. BTE is looking for kids and teens ages 7 to 18 for the shows, Be prepared to act out a famous nursery rhyme and sing a famous Christmas carol.

Southern Columbia renewed their high school football rivalry with Mount Carmel Friday night at Tiger Stadium in our game of the week. The Tigers went back and forth but came out victorious, 49-33.
The Bulldogs of Berwick took their third straight win in their game against Dallas Friday night at Crispin Field. he final was Berwick 50 - Dallas 14.

In other Friday night games... Danville beat Shamokin 20-10... Bloomsburg trounced Warrior Run 49-7... Central Columbia beat Loyalsock 22-6... and Columbia Montour Vo Tech fell to South Williamsport 55-0.
BU Huskies Football
In college football Saturday afternoon Bloomsburg University and Kutztown, two of the nation's top ranked teams, met once again at Redman Stadium. Bloomsburg proved themselves the victor of the PSAC East opener with a 44-37 win over the Golden Bears.
