This is the second to last weekend to make it to the Animal Resource Center's Indoor Yard Sale. The sale is in the building next to the cinemas on Route 11 in Bloomsburg...it's open today and tomorrow from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The sale wraps up next weekend.
The Catawese Chapter Order of the Eastern Star has an indoor yard sale happening today in the Opera House in Catawissa from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The Columbia Montour Chapter of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International has their meeting at the Bloomsburg Community Church today. Guest speaker is John Killian of Slegehammerministries.com.
There's a bake sale to benefit the Alzheimer's Association today in Millville Town Park rain or shine from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Dream Machines Motor Club has their monthly car cruise in tonight at the Columbia Mall Parking lot. Vehicle parking is from 5:30 to 6:00 pm...and the cruise in goes until 9:00 pm. The next cruise in is scheduled for Saturday September 15th.
The Schuylkill County Island Park Festival is happening today from 1:00 to 10:00. The festival features music including the Mahoney Brothers and other top acts. Tickets are five dollars...Island Park is on Fritz Reed Ave in Schuylkill Haven.
Tomorrow the Bloomsburg Public Library Diner's Club hopes you'll join them at The Turkey Hill Brewing Company Pub and Grille. Plan to have your lunch or dinner there, and 20% of your bill can be donated to the library. All you'll need to do is pick up a flyer at the library today to take with you tomorrow.
