The American Red Cross is hosting a few blood drive today at Trinity United Methodist Church in Danville on Lombard Avenue from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and there's one scheduled at the Columbia Mall from Noon to 5:00 pm today.
Today is the third Sunday of the month, and that means it's time for the Potts Grove Fire Company's all you can eat breakfast buffet. It's being served from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. The fire company is located off of Route 642 between Danville and Milton.
Sweet Valley Church of Christ will start up their vacation bible school today. This year's program includes bible lessons, crafts, snakcs, and a fun fair next Friday. It's scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 each night this week. For information call 477-2320.
