Area High School Football teams went head-to-head as postseason play continued Friday night. In a game heard on Newsradio 930 Bloomsburg defeated Towanda 35-20 in the D4 Class AA Final. On Classic Rock 103.5 Berwick ended their 2011 season by taking the Eastern Conference D3 title 57-46 against Southern Lehigh. In the D4 Class A Final Southern Columbia beat Line Mountain 35-14.
In BU College Basketball Saturday the Huskies were at home against Lock Haven. The Women won their game 73-55. The Men won their game as well 82-50.
