Hurricane Relief
A week after Hurricane Irene visited the northeast U.S.... the America Red Cross is still out in the field doing whatever they need to do to provide relief. Deanna Hollenbach of the Danville Chapter says more than 4,000 Red Cross workers continue to operate shelters in eight states... serving meals... hand out relief supplies and offer emotional support as people affected by the storm begin to recover. Now... attention is turned to Katia now swirling in the Caribbean... with the National Hurricane Center placing it a couple of hundred miles of the U.S. Mainland.
