Danville Two Minute Drill: Week 14

Danville- Wyomissing Class AA state quarterfinal at Hershey Park Stadium
 
Wyomissing scored on four of their first five possessions, built a 31-0 halftime lead, and went on to beat Danville 52-0. Running the wing T offense to near perfection, the Spartans amassed 385 rushing yards and got three rushing touchdowns form Notre Dame bound Alex Anzalone.Wingback Mason Smith lead the way with 145 yards rushing. He also returned an interception for a touchdown as the Spartans advanced  to the state semifinals with a 14-0 record. Danville's offense was limited to 123 total yards. The Ironmen, champions of the Heartland Conference Division I and District 4 AA, end their season with an 11-3 record. Just five seniors played their final game for Danville: Brett Berg, Mason Fausnaught, Cale Rice, Ryan Gold and Matt McConnell.
